Terms & Conditions

 

Upon registering for an art class with Chloe Mascarin, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions disclosed here:

General Registration Policies

  • Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability.

  • Advance registration is recommended for all programs.

  • Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Payment may be made via online e-transfer or over the phone.

  • All programs and prices are subject to change without notice (only under very rare circumstances).

  • Chloe reserves the right to remove students from classes when necessary to ensure the safety and well being of others.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Payment for art class registration is due in full at time of registration.

  • There are no refunds for classes that are cancelled by the student or guardian within 7 days of the start date.

  • If you are enrolled in a series of classes and you miss one or more, you are not entitled to any refunds or credits.

  • Absence does not constitute a withdrawal from the class or program.

  • Students who withdraw more than one week prior to the start of a course will be issued a credit that may be applied to any art class within the same year as the class they originally registered for.

  • Withdrawal requests must be made by email or phone at chloe.mascarin315@hotmail.com or 416 931 0135

  • For private art lessons, 24 hours notice is required for any rescheduling / cancellations. Any lessons cancelled within 24 hours are still billable. 

 

Cancellation of Classes due to Inclement Weather or Other Circumstances

  • Please call 416-931-0135 to confirm classes in the event of inclement weather or other circumstances (Government shutdowns and natural disasters).

  • Students will be contacted via phone and email when classes are cancelled due to inclement weather or other circumstances.

  • Every effort to provide make up classes will be made but cannot be guaranteed.

  • Refunds will not be given in these rare cases.
     

Chloe Mascarin cannot be held responsible for any accident which may occur on the premises during an art class. The participant of any art class assumes that participation involves the risk of an accident occurring, and the participant or parent/guardian of the participant who is under 18 years of age must assume all responsibility. Chloe Mascarin will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or misplaced items belonging to any art class participant.​
